A qualified Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, and having highest qualification as an American Society of Non Destructive Testing & Indian Society of Non Destructive Testing Level – III in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiography Testing (RT) & Magnetic Particle Testing (PT), ASNT Level II in Eddy Current Testing (ET) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Welding Inspector.

Completed his graduation in the year 1991 and started his carrier in NDT technology working in a NDT Agency. While working and gathering experience in this field till 2010  and looking at the need of the growing industry in Central India, felt to re-organise all services in a professional way; started NDT Solutions. NDT Solution is a one stop shop to cater all needs of NDT may it be services or training.

He has many credits for level – III activities in the NDT field in India & Abroad. Visiting consultant for Emirates Industrial Laboratory (EIL), Dubai for NDT activities, Dubai Dry-docks, Dubai (appointed by EIL ) are important amongst them.

Director of DECO CAST is a Metallurgical engineering of the batch 1991 from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology(VNIT) ,Nagpur. A Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) with Grade “A” from School of Welding, Welding Research Institute, BHEL Trichy . Having NDT qualifications ASNT – SNT –TC – I A Certified level II in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) & Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT). having a vast experience in Operational management, Laboratory Management, Quality Assurance Functions, Continuous improvement, Team leadership/supervision, Destructive/ Non Destructive Testing, Welding & Trainer for all those subjects.

He has working experience as a key positions in various companies like MIA Test Lab & Reserch Centre (NABL) as Iab In-charge  for 3 years. 10 years in Stewols (India) Pvt. Ltd, Nagpur as Works Manager. The Company is one of the major Exporter of Steel Fiber in European, Asian and Australian market, Worked  in Chhattisgarh mineral and smelting Ltd., Raipur as “Plant Engineer, TRU FORM Techno Products Ltd., Nagpur, and in Nagpur Alloy Casting Ltd. (Now Known as Jayaswal’s NECO) as Plant Manager & QC Engineer
